Trumpets from the mountains - Lichen

Lichen is a fascinating organism in the nature. This symbiosis between a fungi and algae is very robust and can live almost anywhere. These I have found in the mountains where they can dominate the spare botanical life, but you find lichen everywhere. They can take strange shapes. These has taken the shape of a trumpet.
